Items can be returned within 30 days if the item is non-personalised.
Personalised items cannot be returned. Personlised could apply to sticker and artwork as well as a custom confetti mix.
Postage and packaging costs are none refundable.
Items will be shipped within 7 working days of your order being placed.
Second class delivery is standard on all items, if item does not meet parcel size it will be sent tracked.
Please allow 3 working days for delivery of any 2nd class item. 1st class should be delivered the next working day.The shipper used is Royal Mail.
