Items can be returned within 30 days if the item is non-personalised.

Personalised items cannot be returned. Personlised could apply to sticker and artwork as well as a custom confetti mix.

Postage and packaging costs are none refundable.
All our packets fit in one handful, making them great for one per guest at your wedding.

Our frosted packets are both biodegradable and compostable, they are made in the Uk using natural products.

If you have ordered stickers, they are all biodegradable and compostable too, like our petals. All petals are dried, natural and biodegradable.

You will be provided with at least one packed item, this is an example of how they should look once packaged up. Remember not to add too much otherwise you risk pretty petals being dropped on the floor.
